Before launch: LAKHDAR must confirm courier partners, delivery charges, dispatch times, return windows and any non-returnable bespoke categories. The text below is intentionally non-committal until those policies are approved.
Delivery
LAKHDAR intends to offer delivery across the UAE and selected Middle Eastern markets. Available destinations, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout once ecommerce is activated.
Order preparation
Ready-to-wear and made-to-order items may have different preparation times. The applicable timing will be stated on each product page before purchase.
Returns & exchanges
The final return and exchange policy will be published before online orders are accepted. Bespoke, altered or personalised items may be subject to different conditions where permitted.
